Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton-Cutler-Hammer MST1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Egg-Parc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Optical-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Edison product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Egg-Parc such as the 4420 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2477B manufactured by Electro-Optical-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Optical-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 460481 by Manufacturer Edison as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Edwards Brand 1101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Edt such as NA9G71 equipment made by Edt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Edt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Edt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M93630A63904 made by Edmunds-Gages as well as the popular DC1005VK4001131ENSCUL original spares produced by Eisenmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2IB751223203 by Ebf-Unipo and NA9G71 spares by Edt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1606LEDTK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electronic-Assembly.
